Our whole family has been Vegetarian for 3 years now! And I’m slowly sharing some of our favourite Vegetarian or Vegan recipes, both old and new. I unfortunately live an ocean away from most of my families and friends, who I would love to cook for and share a meal with. This is a very small way that I feel I can still sort of invite some of you all over, into my kitchen, to connect over cooking delicious, wholesome food and simple togetherness.
We try our best to cook healthy, whole food meals, though we do know how to “cheat” with style too (check the desserts section!). Even if you aren’t necessarily Vegetarian or Vegan, I hope you’ll give one of these plant-based recipe a try! Enjoy!
